    • A private or shared room in one of Glynwood’s beautiful lodging facilities

    • Local catering by leaders in the sustainable food movement. All meals are locally-sourced and menus are customized to incorporate ingredients that are grown or produced within 100 miles

    • Delicious non-alcoholic drinks and wine

    • Multiple opportunities to hivemind a challenge or need you are experiencing and receive support and resources from other members

    • Opportunities to experience nature, evening fun and member-bonding

    *Members are responsible for their own travel costs. You can take the metro-north to the Cold Spring location. There will be facilitated carpooling conversations once registry is completed.

Our Refund Policy: we underscore the importance of only registering if you plan to attend. We also know life happens, and cancellations occur. Due to the limited number of slots, and our tight budget, your registration fee cannot be refunded - rather it will be turned into a straight, tax-deductible donation to Pleiades. 

We are able to offer a limited number of “pay what you can” slots for members who need financial assistance to attend. Please email sophie@pleiadesnetwork.org to be considered
